BCFL goals
- Children and youths football development in the Baltic region.
- Attitude systematization of the football schools, clubs, organizations by the idea of the general unity.
- Unification of already existing and new tournaments under the aegis of the BCFL in every exact age under the single database for them.
- Information and advertising support in tournaments organization.
- All-round support of the football activity and the healthy life-style by various activities.
BCFL regulations
- BCFL season begins from the 1st of November current year and ends in 31st of October next year.
- BCFL is open for the tournaments to register in as well as for participation of any team.
- Every BCFL tournament can have one category from the following: Grand, A, B, C.
- BCFL board of directors can give a category "Grand" to the tournaments where play plenty of teams from many countries.
- Any team can participate in the BCFL tournaments and earn rating points, which quantity depends on the tournament category and taken place in it. Details are in the two tables below:

- Rating points get summed up after each tournament. The rating is formed for the teams and the clubs.
- After the counting of rating points a BCFL winner makes known. The one is a club and the second is a team of every exact age.
- All teams that participate in the BCFL tournaments must show the documents to the organizators, identifying the age and the personality of the players.
- Current BCFL work is done by executive directorate.
BCFL regulations of the season 2009/2010
- The season begins from the 1st of November 2009 and ends in the 31st of October 2010.
- All who wish may register their tournaments in the BCFL.
- Organizers that register their tournaments in the BCFL are owed to transfer fixed money sum to the BCFL bank account for the tournaments of each exact age, according to the appropriate categories: Grand - 25 EUR, A – 20 EUR, B – 15 EUR, С – 10 EUR.
- A payment for the tournament to register in BCFL can be done by organizer`s choice:
a) while registering the tournament;
b) before the 1st date of month when tournament is scheduled;
c) during 7 days after tournament is completed. - A tournament considers as completed and teams take rating points if there were not less than 5 participated teams.
- At the end of season 2009/2010 the prizes of the BCFL are awarded to the clubs-winners and the teams-winners.
- A team-winner in each exact age at the end of the season considers as identified and take prizes if it were not less than 4 tournaments in this season in this age.
BCFL regulations about the board of directorate
- The board of directorate consists of executive directorate and tournament directors, who are in the BCFL.
- The board of directorate is a legislative body of the BCFL.
- The board of directorate works out and add common regulations and the regulations to exact season.
